Velour LLC respects intellectual property and expects creators to do the same. If you believe content on velour.club infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our designated agent.
Filing a notice
Email [email protected] or use velour.club/report choosing "This is my content". Include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work and of the material you say infringes it, with the Velour URL.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Content named in a complete notice is removed or disabled promptly and the creator is informed. Creators may file a counter-notice; if they do, we forward it to you and may restore the content after 10 business days unless you tell us you have sought a court order. Creators who repeatedly infringe lose their studio.
