18 U.S.C. §2257 Statement
Velour LLC is not the primary producer of any content on velour.club and does not itself create sexually explicit material. Each creator who publishes here is the primary producer of their content and is responsible for maintaining the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Verification
As a condition of publishing, every creator and every performer appearing in content on Velour has completed government-ID age and identity verification through Vidrip Access and its verification provider. Velour receives confirmation of verification, not the documents themselves. No post is shown to members unless every tagged performer's verification has been confirmed.
Records
Records for content published by a creator are kept by that creator as primary producer. Requests to inspect records for a specific piece of content may be directed to the custodian of records below, who will facilitate contact with the responsible creator.

Exemption
To the extent Velour LLC hosts or distributes content it did not produce, it does so as a provider of interactive computer services and relies on the exemptions in 18 U.S.C. §2257(h)(2)(B) and 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4).
